"Staff was very polite and helpful. However they did take the phone number of my guest for contact information. I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me. Room has extravagant & quirky decorations, but is very much in need of a deep cleaning! Lots of dust on the mirrors, tiles, and under the bed. A/C cannot be controlled within the room, and Staff must be called if it needs to be turned on/off. Breakfast is included,...

"It was supposed to be a romantic night with my wife ... but there was NO heater ... The candle are romantic but not hot enough ... I almost wanted to start a fire in the fire place (without fire place...) After 5 minutes frozing and struggling ("should WE remove our jacket for hot shower or not?....") we decide to go back home in our warm bed. Nota: + this hotel is too old to compare quality/price with other new motel."

"Service staff are above and beyond in making sure we feel welcomed and at home. The entire hotel feels semi-outdoor with tons of open walls and huge windows. Despite this unique environmental set up, the hotel remained super clean and well maintained. Impressive. Room is clean and the belcony is truly one of its kind. This is my best hotel stay experience ever."
