「Tonya the person responsible for breakfast was awesome. She was working alone and managed to keep everything clean neat and plentiful. She was very friendly and more than eager to wait on customers. Kudos to Tonya you need more like her. She made the stay pleasant. The young lady working in the lounge was not friendly and she needs to improve her customer service skills. I didn’t get her name but she is the only one I have seen working serving drinks behind the bar. Maybe she was having a bad...

「We stayed her pre cruise and it was a great location w/ clean rooms. I loved that they had dedicated valet (for $50) which was super nice in New Orleans. This hotel also felt super safe w/ key access.」
