「Our AC and toilet didn’t work. They came to look at the toilet when we were away but nothing was resolved. We came back to find the AC not working and they moved us rooms. The new rooms AC worked but the bathroom sink didn’t drain. We just dealt with it. Nothing fancy but was an easy location to and from Salem」

「It was a nice spacious and clean room. I stayed in 2queen bed room with 1 bathroom and a 1/2 bath. The staff was amazing and very helpful.」

「Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. 」

「Clean, good. Smaller room than the pictures showed. Quite a bit smaller, but nice. Pricey for what you get. I stayed for two nights. about 700 dollars. The Shampoo and the soap containers in the shower were tiny. Barely enough for one shower.」

「I loved the location of this hotel. It was literally steps from everything. Check-in and check-out were convenient, even when our flight was delayed coming in and we left early to go back home. The room itself was wonderful - spacious with amazingly big windows to let in the sunshine. The kitchenette was perfect for us to have breakfast in. And the bathroom was adequate (counter space was a premium). The one issue we had was quickly fixed (an issue with the in-room safe). My only complaint -...
