It’s a bit out of the way n terms of being tucked away but staff were great even checking in at 11.30pm! Grounds looked clean, the free grab and go breakfast is awful but expected… would stay there again definitely.

When we checked in during the late evening, Joe, at the front desk, was extremely helpful. He was very kind and cordial. The hotel looked like it was maintained and every time I saw the staff, something was being cleaned or someone was being helped. The room itself was excellent. It was very clean and I didn’t get that icky feeling you get at other hotels. I would definitely recommend anyone traveling to Peabody or through Peabody stay at this location.

Stay was great, staff was wonderful but the furniture needs upgrading. Pullout couch was ripped and worn out. The chairs in the breakfast lounge were torn and worn out which made that area look dirty. Other than that it was a good experience.

We had booked a room for 4 persons but when we arrived in the room there was no bedding or was pillows for the sofa bed, and the bedding on the one bed was minimal and of low quality. Very sparse amenities, for the price I paid (500$ a night) it seems like a total rip off!

The room was very basic. Nothing special. Good location for us near a wedding in Rockport. Close to Boston too. Don’t expect anything fancy but fine for a night or two. A bit pricey for what you get but suppose that’s because of the location.

Property was a little confusing to get to but after traveling there a few times it got easier. Could hear people stomping upstairs periodically but wasn’t too disruptive but could see how it could be to others if noise was an issue. Room smelled like weed one night which was nauseating. Beds were slightly uncomfortable but room was clean staff were very friendly. We stayed with children for a stay for Boston and Salem which is a good location between both. Breakfast just had muffins, oatmeal and coffee. Plenty of self parking. Felt safe and surrounded by wooded area.
