「It was a wonderful trip with my family; we enjoyed all the services the hotel offers, though getting restaurant reservations was a bit difficult due to high occupancy. However, the buffet had everything.」

「I had a pillow in the room that was dirty upon arrival. I placed it to the side so the pillowcase would get changed the following day. That did not happen. It kept getting placed back on the bed with the dirty side up. Food was disappointing except for the hibachi. Service was not great except for the Italian restaurant. Pool was nice.」
