"Lo mas importante de este hotel es su ubicación y conformación de todo lo que posee dentro de él, su personal es muy atento y respetuoso, la comida es riquísima, recomiendo mucho quedarse en habitaciones Premium para que disfruten del jacuzzi en el último piso y todo lo que rodea el área aparte del salón donde puedes tomar y comer totalmente gratis. De mi parte 10/10"

"Friendly staff, clean and centric hotel. I was checking in with my 7 year old daughter, she told me she wanted pancakes , 1/2 an hour later I get a knock on my door with complementary pancakes for my daughter, it was sweet of them. I will use this hotel next time I am in Santo domingo."

"Our 12th floor room had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were exceptional and genuinely friendly. Omelette station at breakfast made my day. The outdoor pool was a cool, refreshing temperature though the jacuzzi could have been hotter (especially at night time and yes, even in the tropical heat, it gets breezy up on the 5th floor where the pool is)."
