Lovely hotel with great beach and pools, lovely staff and fantastic food and drink selection. The rooms are big and super comfortable. Only held off 5 stars as there was nothing really to walk out and see, but if you are happy staying on site you will not be disappointed.

Too many people for the facility, constant battle to find beach or pool chairs. Poor restaurant logistics- lines to get in, but empty tables once in. No bookings available in the app, but then empty tables. Paid for SunClub experience, but not enforcement of exclusive areas. Over-charged for late checkout. Nightly entertainment was good, room was good.

This property was very clean, had excellent restaurants, and good sized, but you don’t have to walk a mile anywhere, pretty centralized. The spa was very good. Waterslides were under-whelming and no where near the main pool. Wait staff-not good at all. Bartenders had zero ambition and half the time no regard for requests (like no milk in a drink, etc), it was almost impossible to flag down staff in the Buffett for coffee or anything needed. Prepare for 20 min. To check in when you arrive, and another 15-20 min when leaving.

Concierge, Housekeeping, maintenance, and the app were horrible. They gave us the lower tier room at first. Trying to get anything on the App was a nightmare. Took over 5 hrs to get towels. Customer service with the concierge was subpar. Otherwise the resort was easy to walk around and al la cart restaurants were the best food options. Beach was average with lots of boats in front.

I was upgraded to the Sun Club at check-in, which made me feel like a VIP. The exclusive pools and beach area were beautiful, and there was always something fun going on at night. The romantic dinner on the beach was a highlight — way better than I expected! Big shout-out to the entire staff who helped set up the dinner and made everything extra special. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond. Only downside was that not all the restaurants were open, but overall the resort was great. The staff, beaches, and atmosphere were amazing — I’d definitely come back again. Tip: Go for the Sun Club upgrade — totally worth it!

The resort is nice , staff is friendly , lots of entertainment. The food isn’t the best , I didn’t expect much for an all inclusive resort …. Lots of bugs flying around in the buffet , same food over and over again everyday!!!! They need more restaurant options and better dessert options.

First, booked two rooms, gave one and waited hours for the second room. Rooms pretty rundown, towel rack broken, balcony door broken. One room, 3 out of last 4 days no hot water. They also somehow booked our two rooms to someone else as middle of the night someone came in and the other room key stopped working. Went down to front desk and staffs were not apologetics. We have the right to be upset!. A la carte restaurants food not as bad as the buffet. As the staff, not as attentive, no cups no water and no utensils most of the time. Only complaint on A la carte is Sunny Side staff, maybe because booked last timeslot and we were rushed. Took my wife plate when she's not finish. I would say most staffs friendly but not all. Room housekeeping did pretty good job making the bed and changing towels. Last, the beach sea weed sea weed everywhere and I mean a lot when staff used a dozer to clean the sea weed but did not do a good job. Over all, I would not recommended this resort to friend or family. We can say worst staying in any on Caribbean Island.
