I booked two rooms, one room is a bed and one room is two large beds, but they made a mistake, I had to repay to book one more room, and I didn't buy the third room I paid in full, the guest had to bear full responsibility, I didn't feel very satisfied

This was the most challenging and disappointing stay I've experienced in the D.R. Most of the hotel staff and service were subpar for the high cost. There was an incident where a waitress at their "Filigramo" restraint snatched my menu out of my hands before I finished ordering and proceeded to finish the order for me. I found out that she was eavesdropping my private conversations with my family. I filed a complaint to management because there was such a hostile environment. Security is everywhere and would stare at me constantly which made me unsafe even at breakfast. The pool area while nice, has such uninterested staff members there. I would have to go to the bar since they would barely attend guests, and there is a flock of pigeons that will eat your food if left unattended. Lastly, while the suite we stayed in was nice looking, rain poured through unsealed windows and ceilings soaking the carpet. I took video to show staff.
If you need to stay for a couple of days in the capital, you might be okay, however anything more that.. go elsewhere with your hard earned money. I never been treated so poorly in my 10 years traveling to the Dominican Republic.

This was the most challenging and difficult hotel stay I've experienced in the Dominican Republic. I have never seen in my life hotel staff and employees cross their guests' boundaries like this one. I stayed at a suite and paid a lot of money at their restaurant, Filligrano to receive rude treatment such as a waitress ripping the menu out of my hands before I finished ordering and eavesdropping in my private conversations with my family. I complained to management and they refunded my dinner because the environment was so hostile.
Further, the suite we stayed in had so much rain water coming in from the windows and ceilings. We called and they brought towels, however the water soaked carpets and bubbled up the walls! I took video of the ordeal. I have been to dozens of hotels and resorts in D.R and never saw something like this. Aside from that, security are everywhere including breakfast buffet which makes the experience off-putting. I did not feel safe during my stay since they would stare at me constantly. If you are visiting Santo Domingo for more than 3 days, I recommend taking your hard earned money elsewhere. All disappointment.

La habitación solo tenía la cama y dos toallas. NADA VIP. Sin agua. Una nevera vacía con ruido que impedía dormir. El aire acondicionado tambien tenia un ruido muy fuerte. Pensaba que un huésped normal debería tener por los menos shaver....
