「I booked this hotel primarily due to location, but this place exceeded all expectations and then some. Loved the design, feel, and overall ambiance of the place and staff (Lia was awesome) was beyond amazing and kind and helpful. I will definitely be back and encourage others to check this place out. To be fair I didn’t notice at first because it blended in with the pattern of the floor but then the water hit it and it was clear. It's close to everything, it's super clean, the staff is friendly, they're very quick to respond, and the top-notch service and cleanliness overall five stars isn't enough. 「The room was nicely furnished & the location was close to the cruise port. We thought we had all the information to checkin with such as the room # & access code but when we arrived at almost 11:30 pm we realized we didn't have an access code to the building. Luckily, 3 young men came out, looked at our paperwork & let us in the building. It is an older building & there is little to no soundproofing.
