"Check in was quick; hotel shuttle from airport was convenient; main hotel areas very nice. Room was VERY dated. It was clean and served our purpose for one night before a cruise, but it was a step back in time otherwise (carpet, bathroom, furnishings). Not sure if our room was representative of the rest of the hotel rooms but we definitely expected more from a Hilton property."

"Room very dirty, tv was damaged with lines in the screen couldnt see the picture, water pressure was low extramly hot, the bkackbout curtain had so many holes it wasnt blocking any light, the fire alarm went off for a good 30 minutes, the stairs where blocked off by a gate that was locked only way down was the elevator, smelled old n moldy"

"The rating overall was Excellent! The staff in the bar was sub par! About 12 people in bar and 3 people working. After waiting 20 minutes for service we left very frustrated. We went up to bar and bar tender brushed us aside saying someone would come. She did but was extremely rude"
