「Check in was easy and the clerk at the desk was super friendly and genuine. The room itself was fine. Breakfast was served until 930 - we were sitting eating and at 9:28am the breakfast attendant snaps at us that if we “want anything else we better get it ‘cause this closes at 9:30”. She then began aggressively spraying tables down, and in the process sprayed my back. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and told my family it’s Easter Sunday, she probably just wants to get home...

「The property was well located and well kept. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. Our room had a fireplace and faced the creek. You did have a view on a neighboring hotel from the balcony. 」

「Such a beautiful property. Our room 112 was right at the rocky rapids. Loved the sound and watching it from the lovely balcony. The dining room and bar are wonderful. Food was great as was the service. Ask for a table at the window to enjoy the small river. Loved everything about Rocky Waters. Great location, beautiful room and bathroom. 」

「Awesome staff. Very Clean. A/C in the room could have been little cooler. We had it set on 60 and it still wasn't cold enough. One of the best places we have stayed at when we come to Tennessee. Thank yall and great team.」
