"I had a wonderful stay. Room was nice and cleaned everyday. Great view of the mountains. The staff wonderful, anytime I needed anything they were always just a call away. Even with the free transportation trolley to ride thru the town and get you to where you need to go."

"Great location. Great price. Clean room. Close to everything. Right beside a beautiful creek. The receptionist was a bit cold and not welcoming, but other than that, I have 0 complaints. I did not use the pool, but it is a small, outdoor pool that is fenced in. It looked to be well-maintained. I also did not eat the continental breakfast, so I cannot speak to that. Overall, definitely recommend it for a budget stay in Gatlinburg."

"Our stay was great. The one thing we noticed walking in was how good it smelled. The pool area was really nice as well. And it was a short walk to the strip. The only issue we had in the room was the sliding door to the balcony was defected which made it extremely difficult to open and close. Not a huge deal because everything else was great. I definitely recommend this lodge."
