「We had a wonderful stay at Holiday inn- Arden Hotel! The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly, making it a great place to relax and enjoy our vacation. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!」

「The room was clean and smelled good, they had fluffy pillows and lots of them. The check in was quick and easy and they had cookies and coffee at check in. Breakfast was great with a variety of offerings! They had an indoor and outdoor pool but we stayed in the room and watched TV.」

「The entry keypad didn’t work when we arrived. There are no night stands next to the bed. No area to put your clothing to unpack. The restaurant closes early…8pm. The property is not being maintained well. Good thing, is that it is nearby Biltmore and Asheville.」

「They are trying to renovate an old Victorian house, but really do not seem to have any experience with hotels or B&B's. The room we had was painted poorly with messy paint lines at the trim and paint drips on the floor. The caulking in the shower was comically bad. The shower was quite small. We waiting several minutes for the hot water in the shower and eventually took two back to back cold showers . There was no table or dresser to put our stuff on, so we had everything on the floor. 「Pool area had no clean pool towels . No one in the area checking on this . Stable where horses and goats were had extremely dirty water that looked like it hasn’t been changed in days. Food at the restaurant was below average. Many food items were not available. Prices are very high for what you get . Understaffed. Mosquitoes were all in the pool bathroom and sauna areas. Game room was a mess no one around to keep it tidy .cold plunge not working Pro : room was clean and linens were clean...
