「Great stay, just wish the elevator was faster. It took 5-6 minutes to get on after pushing the button and each absolutely no one was waiting to go up/down and it’s only the floors. Some of my party waited at the elevator on the 2nd floor and talked to the people down on the ground to see if anyone was on it. No one was on it, it’s just real real slow. Do take the stairs instead 😕」

「We have stayed here many times before a cruise. The convenience to the port is perfect and they have a shuttle that is free within a 2 mile radius but gratuity is favored. A great restaurant inside of the hotel. Easy access to the Riverwalk.」

「Very dirty, the carpet is dirty, the quilt is dirty, there is hair on the sheets, there is a lot of hair in the bathroom, the sofa is very dirty, in short, I am not satisfied with it, I do not understand why its rating is so high.It's all a lie.」
