"We had such a great stay at The Albert and really enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. The property itself is beautiful, incredibly clean, and in such a great location. Being right on Main Street made it so easy to walk out of the hotel and explore everything along the strip. The pool area was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and the loungers were actually really comfortable. The gym is on the smaller side, but it was very clean and had what we needed. The spa was another highlight..beautiful, peaceful, spotless, and so accommodating. We booked a couples massage and both had a great experience. Everyone at the spa was incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the hotel bar. They have a great happy hour, and once again, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. What stood out most, though, was the service. We needed to switch rooms during our stay, and everyone at the front desk was kind, understanding, and accommodating. They made the entire process easy and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were comfortable. And a special mention has to go to Laura. She was incredible! She is such a caring, sweet person and truly went above and beyond for us. It’s the people who can really make a hotel stay memorable, and Laura absolutely did that for us. She made our stay at The Albert one we won’t forget."

"The hotel was fine. It was very clean which is a biggie. The pillows were not comfortable to me. Since the hotel is right on the highway, there is quite a bit of traffic noise on the highway side of the building."
