Horseshoe Bay Resort
8/10 Good
"This was our second trip to the resort. We brought our 12 and 14 yr old kids and a friends with kids the same age. The pools are nice. The floating lake pool was our preferred hangout. We played putt putt at night. Would not recommend. There was no lighting and no glow in the dark, which made it almost impossible to see. Kind of pricey for playing blind! The teen deal that comes with pizza is a good deal. The kids played earlier than we did and had fun. It was a pretty quiet around the resort the weekend we went. They had a big countey concert the weekend before which was probably a lot busier. The insight restaurant was really good. Overall, we had fun and the kids could have easily entertained themselves for another day or two had we stayed longer than one night."

"Staff was lovely. I got a room where the air conditioner was not working but they quickly addressed it and got us to another room. I would recommend to request to not stay in room 123-127 as it's under the dining area and you can hear everyone's step at every hour. The rooms were clean. There's a Chili right next door. The view was beautiful. Breakfast was good and fresh."

"Beautiful boutique hotel. The little pool is shared but with such a small number of rooms, we had it all to ourselves. Then the private hot tub just can’t be better. They had everything set up for us when we arrived. And viewing the stars from the huge windows in front of our bed was very memorable."

"Very clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast wasn’t great. But it’s nice place to sleep and stay for a few nights. Very close to a Walmart."

"I really enjoyeddd myself it was so nice and peaceful. They do need to clean that actual tent itself it has a lot of dark spots on it . It has such a beautiful view ! I would go back for sure ."

"Nice hotel. Off the main strip. Easy to find. Very nice staff. Room was clean and bed was comfy. There was ice machine and continental breakfast."
