「This place was nice . Do not judge the book by its cover because the inside of the room was outstanding . Parking was a little tight in front of my room but I do drive an over size vehicle. The breakfast was outstanding.」

「We stayed in March or 2024. The cabin was nice but the lake was very dry. No way to do any fishing or water related. I just wish they would have told us before the trip that the lake around them was bone dry and not at all what the pictures show. The staff was very friendly and we still had a great time. The tram ride is pretty cool. Rooms are what you would expect for a cabin made to house mountain bikers and off roaders. 」

「We came to this property for a dance convention. The location is great. Within walking distance of Horseshoe Bay Resort. Also parking out front. However the place smelled of dog. The couches were covered in dog hair and the pillows smelled so bad. Our friends stayed in the main floor room and said it reeked of dog in there. There was also dried up hair in the washing machine. Our toilet did break but the repair man came within a few hours to look at it. I think if they cleaned the place...

「There was a problem with the thermostat that made it impossible to turn on the AC. I identified the problem early in the morning and called. I was given instructions to do something I already had done. I took a video a sent it, proving the problem beyond any reasonable doubt. Yet, I had to navigate an endless texting stream telling em to try things I had already shown that I did. The property managers did this for so long that by the time the maintenance man was sent, he could not replace the...
