「Stayed three nights and had contact with three different people on staff. All were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and seemed secure. Parking lot was clean and well lighted. Room was insulated pretty well in terms of sound but it is difficult to compensate for some guests who just don’t care about someone else’s stay.」

Pool is also wonderful, and relaxing with beautiful flowers around the property and pool! 「The room was great. Nicely decorated. The restaurant/bar was not open during our stay. I wish that had been better communicated. I picked the place because of the breakfast option. It was situated between Llano and Kingsland, so dining options were nearby. 」

「Stayed at the Bay cliff house and everything about it was perfect as described with the exception of electrical issues I had the first night with no staff available nor onsite neither over the phone to assist as it was after hours and no 24/7 support. Beautiful view and great space to disconnect and unplug as I needed」

「The only thing that we did not like about the property was that the room that we were assigned had a stale smell. We complained and the room was sprayed with a fragrance, but later in the day or the next day we noticed when we returned to the room the stale smell remained. We did not notify that the smell remained but we hoped that it would get better. It did not get better. The breakfast was excellent and had a variety of choices. We enjoyed it immensely.」
