「Room was very hot upon arrival, air conditioning didn’t work very well. No towels were let when room was cleaned. Someone stomping on floors on room above all night long. Refrigerator did not work.」

When we got there the AC was set to 65F and the room was nice and cold, but at night the AC didn't turn on much so the room got very hot. 「The tv equipment wasn’t working but we switched rooms. There is a crystal blue pool but it’s awfully hot so we didn’t get in. A nice feature is the ability to check in as early as 2 PM which helps for weary travelers. Coupled with the amazing breakfast in the morning with biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, refried beans with tortillas…..etc etc etc. If I’m within 50 miles after 2PM, I know where I’ll stay!」

「The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only real issue was operating the air conditioner. There seemed to be three settings: cool, heat, and dry. It was on "dry" when we arrived and it was very cold in the room. Changing the temperature setting did not make a difference.
