「The room was great. Nicely decorated. The restaurant/bar was not open during our stay. I wish that had been better communicated. I picked the place because of the breakfast option. It was situated between Llano and Kingsland, so dining options were nearby. 」

「Breakfast is very limited. I just found out that they charged me 2.25 dollars the day I checked out and honestly don’t know why. They didn’t alert me about any additional charge.」

「Bathroom was disgusting. Dead spider on the floor. Long black hair on the ledge of the tub and inside the tub. Commode quit working on the final morning. Found a dark brown stain on the floor next to the bed. I instantly thought it could be feces. Found it the last morning when I dropped my glasses on the floor. I seriously doubt I will EVER stay there again!」

「Adorable BNB with a couple vered wagon style bed. There are artistic touches everywhere. Communication was good and check in/check out was seamless. Would definitely stay again.」

「Room clean but coffee maker not cleaned and no coffee packets in room. First room assigned to us was not cleaned so sent to different but upstairs. Needed one downstairs due to age and physically ability. Breakfast excellent. Staff friendly.」
