"Great Hotel, simple check in, helpful staff, good sized rooms, all u need in room, clean. Walking distance to beach and food and shops, trolley buses stop on the same street, its a 3.5ks if u want to walk to Ala Moana, which we did 2x or $7 for a trolley bus day pass which we found out last day.. beach towels from Hotel are a bit small and breakfast simple and setved at outside tables which can get a bit windy but other than that stay was great.. "

"What I didn’t like is the front counter staff had trouble processing my transaction when checking out early in the morning. It happened twice to me. I got held up and nearly missed my taxi. Other people were leaving their bracelets and going. Other staff were really helpful ."

"The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The southwest corner of the building is under renovation/repair as of May 2024. The driveway was more narrow due to the presence of scaffolding but no other significant impact or inconvenience was caused by the construction. Excellent swimming pool, bar, and restaurant on location. Easy walk to Waikiki beach, shopping, and other dining options. I parked my rental car along Ala Wai Blvd to avoid paying $45 a night to valet park. However, parking is limited along Ala Wai Blvd so it can be frustrating and less convenient. You might end up finding a spot several blocks away and have to walk back to the hotel. Overall, the amenities were nice and I would stay here again."
