"Liked that it is connected to Ala Moana shopping center and is also a pink line stop on the trolley.
Did not like that there was no daily room service. "
"It was a cute little room, there were these little bugs everywhere.. not sure what they were but they were all over the shower and bathroom counter, the walls by the bed and the dresser.. the AC unit worked but some of the buttons for temperature and such didn’t work so it was stuck at whatever it was on, along with being able to see mold in the vent and you could smell it when you turned the unit on, we also had to use the stairs multiple times to get to level 25 due to there only being 1...
"Nobody onsite to address issues/problems. 4:00 is too late to check in. 10:00 is too early to check out. Coffee pot filthy. Plumbing problems with bathtub and sink. Water turned off in building for 16 hours. "
"Early check in not available at all. We had to wander around for 6 hours until 4 pm. The hotel where we were told that we can store our luggage was one mile away, for $10. Later, we found out we could have stored in same building for $20. Poor communication or someone is getting a kickback. When we finally got in, garbage was never emptied, sand in tub, sand in sink, and slow tub drain. And given covid, we always wipe down. Good thing we did because the cleaning people did a crappy job....
"Went days without toilet paper.
I wasn't aware that there was no room service and this was very disappointing considering I could've stayed at almost any nearby hotel with service for a better price. We ran out of toilet paper after a couple days and asked the cleaning staff for more. They said no and were kind of rude about it. I asked the front desk and they told me "text your agent Nicole". I was so confused. I was never introduced to Nicole or told I had an agent....I texted the number and...
"Not only was I lied to about the type of property that I paid for “condo”. It was dirty when I got there. The building was falling apart and no one had answers. It was oh call this person call that person. I asked for my trip to be refunded and to no surprise I did not get a response. If you’re traveling I highly recommend you go straight to a chain place. "

10/10 Excellent
"Very nice hotel with multiple pools and restaurants. Ideal for families with small kids."
"The area is very close to China town. They have lots of great good and things to do in the area. Not far from the mall and there are some good fishing spots in the area."
"We recently spent a week at Holiday In Waikiki, we very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a very walkable area, restaurants, the mall and beach are all a close walk. Also there is a trolly stop nearby for those utilizing the Waikiki Trolley. Breakfast is included with the room and is plentiful, the pool located on the 5th floor is small and gets crowded but offers nice views."
"Great staff, although check in lines and times were long. But staff was gracious, helpful and very patient. Highly commendable. Rooms were clean and beautiful. I was there for a convention and everything was great."
