"Our room could’ve had better cleaning done. We were there for vacation so our small room was ok for sleeping only. Bath tub floor was slippery too! One housekeeper was very friendly every time. Another housekeeper from the weekend wasn’t friendly at all! Location of property was great tho! Walking distance for a lot of places from the hotel. Oh! The hotel parking lot was another thing. So crammed. Height restrictions. Compact cars park in oversized vehicles spaces! 😡"

"We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency. The location was perfect — right across from the ocean, making it incredibly convenient to visit the beach anytime during the day. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, which made everything very easy and enjoyable. We booked a two-queen bedroom on the 40th floor. The room was spacious, clean, and included a small refrigerator, which was very convenient during our stay. Although there was some nearby construction, the noise did not bother us much at all. What truly made our experience even better was the excellent staff. Everyone was polite, respectful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you for making our vacation so pleasant and memorable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I won’t stay at this hotel again. It’s so run down. The bedding smelled like a 90 year old man had just slept in it. The carpets are stained, the walls need to be painted….just everything. Tear it down and refurbish. It’s past time. "

"the room was pretty cozy and clean, we paid for a partial ocean view but we were only located on the second floor right infront of the trees. I guess if we angled ourselves a certain way we were able to see the boats. Overall we loved it and this was our second time staying here, we appreciate their kindness and always willing to help."

"We had an overnight stay in between cruises. Having got of a ship early in the morning we arrived prior to advertised check in time but were given a room as soon as one was available for which we were grateful. The room was a twin queen bed as requested. It was clean and had a coffee maker but no milk in the fridge (we purchased some from the shop downstairs). The bed was comfortable. There was only one chair for the two of us which meant one had to sit on the bed to watch TV. Location was good, walking distance to ALA MOANA CENTRE and Walmart supermarket with restaurants and takeaway also nearby. The airconditioner was a little noisy when it cut in. We were given a discount voucher for breakfast which we didn't use. This Hotel served our needs for the one night stay but we would choose another for any extended stay."
