Room was clean, and air conditioning was effective. Staff friendly. We stayed at this AB&B for 2 weeks…we needed to request more towels, and ran out of toilet paper. Safe wasn’t working when we got there, but it was fixed in the first 24 hours.

I thought i was getting a hotel, i showed up to find out it was a time share. The staff was unfriendly, 4 coffee pods 4 7 nights and 8 days. We had to go buy bathroom cleaner, becouse my wife thought we would get athlete foot from the shower. The air filter was so dirty and gross. Looked like it had never been cleaned. Because it was a time share there was no service clean towels... I would pay more and stay somewhere else. NEVER STAY HERE!

There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy!

近くに大きめのABC storeがあったのは、便利でよかったです。ワイキキビーチまでは、大きな公園を越えなければならないので、夜にワイキキからホテルに帰るのは怖かったです。

ホテルは古いですが、歩いてアラモアナscに徒歩圏で非常に満足です。 ただエアビーの予約とはエクスペディアからインフォメーションがなかったのでフロントで聞いてびっくりしました。改善点だと思います。ルームクリーニング、タオル交換は無しでしたがかえってゆっくりできました。チェックインもすぐに出来て、お部屋も綺麗でした。結果良かったです。
