Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was worth the additional inclusion fee, but staff friendliness was just ok. Overall the price was fine, the hotel photos aren’t up to date. The rooms need some renovations but overall not terrible and did feel clean.

Staff and property was very nice. Bit of a hiccup with the check in price. It was supposed to be160.00 left that was due upon check in and it ended up being o er $300.00. That was stressful but Expedia is working to get that difference back. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

Hotel was great - clean, super comfortable beds. Basic city noise at night and the rooster in the parks rises early but it was a part of the experience. Beds are super comfortable and the view was stunning! Braelynn at Favourite SON (the restaurant) absolutely made our evening gatherings fantastic! She made sure we had everything we needed, going above and beyond every time! She was fantastic!! The breakfast crew was a bit slow and disorganized but the food was really good and the portion sizes very decent (we shared meals there). Walkable to the beach and a great selection of restaurants. Can't wait to visit again!

Our family had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly at the front desk and the restaurant. We enjoyed our daily breakfast at the hotel that was included in our package, and found it to be of great value. They cleaned the room every 2 days but serviced it when we requested for it. Our kids enjoyed the pool as well.

We had a view of the city, and the hotel was close to everything! This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I'll be definitely staying here again. I highly recommend this hotel. It was a great hotel, close to everything and the price was great!

The room was clean but SMALL there is nowhere to sit except the bed. The “resort” fees are stupid and the 50+ dollars per night to park. The restaurant attached isn’t great. Not a great selection and the service was shabby at best. It wasn’t even busy when we were there. The hotel staff were very nice. I asked them to bring a chair to my room and they brought it within 15 mins. Very friendly. Plan ahead If you want to get your car early it will be a wait!

I just want to start off with saying the valet was great! We stayed at this hotel last year and that was a really nice experience which is why we came again. However, this time around will be the last. Starting off, our first room ended up having bugs, silverfish in particular, which we seen in the bathroom and in the sleeping area. Not great as they are gross. They did switch us rooms after we noticed more than one. Next room had zero soundproofing and with it being high wind we could hear the wind whistling through our room and shaking the door which didn’t go right down to the ground and it was extremely loud. The room also has little hairs all over place, particularly in the bed, pillows, bathroom sink, shower, and all around the toilet and baseboards. Didn’t feel clean. Then, our last night there the hotel was hosting a “Pretty in Pink” party which is something I would’ve expected from an adult-only resort as the attire or lack there of is something you’d see at adult shows and not a resort with children. They screamed over a loud speaker and partied for hours which we listened to after our morning and afternoon out. Unable to use the pool facilities with our kids during after or after as it was a mess and felt gross as no idea what exactly took place down there. Did not want my kids in the pool following that. If I wanted a party hotel I would’ve book that, I wanted rest and relaxation which didn’t get much of that at this hotel. I do not recommend.

The hotel was excellent. The room was well laid out and cleaning every other day was perfect. We had a suite with a king bed located on the 2nd Floor. This location was great for our family of 4 (one senior, one child and two adults) as the pool was on the third floor and there was easy stair and elevator access. The elevators came quickly too. The location was close to the Waikiki strip (5 min walk) but far enough away to be less noisy. Overall, I would return with my family and recommend to others.

Did not realize there are 2 towers. Room was too small. No balcony. No couch. Won’t make that mistake again.
