Staff was great. Room was clean except it smelled horrible from someone smoking in it. There is no way house keeping couldn’t smell that. We had to sleep with the slider door open all night. Too bad as it is a nice hotel

Our room was adequate, though not impressive. The common areas of the hotel always seemed to be without air conditioning, which made it very uncomfortable. The ease with which you could rent beach chairs, surf boards, etc. was a great amenity. The pool area was a highlight and probably one of the better ones in the Waikiki Beach area.
