The best stay!!! Dream about this hotel everyday. The staff are all so amazing and attentive. The hotel has so many things to do and also the best place to relax and do nothing at all. The food, the Mai Tais, the pools, the beach, the horses…. I could go on and on, but I wouldn’t want to go or stay anywhere else and dream about my next stay constantly! Love you turtle bay!

The view from the balcony was incredible. In fact, all the views from every angle of this resort are breathtaking. The sunset view with the surfers is hard to explain. More than just a view, it's a moving moment. It is truly a visit to Paradise!

For the amount of money I spent on the trip, I felt there should have been some complimentary options. 50$ for the sauna seemed a bit crazy, and paying money for beach chairs. For how pricey the stay was, I expected more from the pools ( more depth, more adult pools ) and more complimentary things.

Ocean view was excellent. Room was perfect and cleaned daily. Only complaint was a large group there on a business trip locked up all of the pool side cabanas for days, and left most of them empty, most days. Seems there should be an occupancy rule or a limit to the number of cabanas that can be locked up…or limit the number of days in a row.

The resort is amazing. They have a club that you could join for $150 per person per day that provides breakfast lunch dinner and snacks at night time alcohol is free and available at all times amazing staff. Their incredible care is taken to make their guests feel really welcome. Remainder of the resort is amazing. They no longer rent mountain bikes, but they do have wonderful mountain biking trails that are great for hiking. They have a wonderful stable and fantastic horses to ride. Highly recommend this resort.

The staff was top notch. The location was amazing. Our room was clean and kept clean each day. One thing that stood out was how quiet the room was. No hallway noise typical with hotel rooms and no ocean noise through the night.

Follow through is a problem at this hotel. Room was over the event space, so every night there is loud music below. The matter was brought to the staff at front desk, and I was told they will get me another room, and I never heard back. Restaurants have great food, but service is below average on all. Brought it up to their attention, I was told “thanks for letting us know” Asked to speak to the hotel manager, no one reached out. Followed up again, and they had the food and beverage manager LVM for me. One attempt. Unfortunately, very disappointed with this property. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this property to anyone.
