The front desk and in the cafe for breakfast was very friendly and helpful . Other workers we asked questions the answer was always ask front desk. The room is big lot of space. The bathroom was small but it was clean.

The staff was helpful in arranging cabs for us. We did a lot of walking. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and food courts. The hotel was nice and clean and our room was nicely renovated

I am born and raised in Honolulu and retired abroad so I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed staying at the Pagoda Hotel. The location is so convenient that I didn’t need a car and walked everywhere and rented a Biki Bike just outside the hotel when I need to go a bit further away. The room was spacious and clean and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the service was quick and friendly. I previously stayed at more expensive hotels and didn’t enjoy myself like I did at the Pagoda Hotel, definitely will stay here again.

Jo and Cody were awesome. Hotel was basic but I didn't go to Hawaii to stay in my hotel room. The beds were very comfortable and it was an easy walk to Ala Moana.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from waikiki beach so you can’t just walk there because it will take more than an hour but the flip side is that street parking is easy to find and it’s free from 6:00 pm to 7:00 am so you don’t need to pay the $33 per day hotel parking and can drive to waikiki or any other beach! Rooms are recently remodeled and clean. They do housekeeping every for days but they would give you clean towels if you ask. Overall we had a pleasant stay
