"My order is under hotel name "Waikiki Beach Marriott"(as shown in the confirmation letter), but what I actually have is "Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach". They are totally two different hotels. The actual destination hotel was not what I expected; I remember using filters to search for hotels that were only 4 or 5 stars, but the one I found did not match that criteria, for it is 3 stars. I think I deserve a refund or compensation."
