"Hotel is dated. Check in process was not great, staff member who assisted us failed to give any information regarding the hotel, our stay, amenities. Pools and lagoon are not private, anyone can come in and hangout. "

"I regret not getting ocean view. They put me on the 3rd floor and the view was a big tree in the way to at least view a bit of the ocean. Oh well, it’s not the trees fault lol. The hotel is clean and the pool is excellent. The bathroom in my room was a bit small. The bathrooms do not have ventilation so that’s not good. The public restroom near the lobby needs attention. I went there twice on different days and there wasn’t toilet seat covers. Boooo!! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and we already miss Hawaii!! Thank you for our stay. "

"Been there many times but first time in a room at ground level next to the freeway. It was noisy all night. I had to turn off the window AC which also noisy. I also saw cockroach on the desk. "
