Best Western The Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport - Free Breakfast

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel was great during our short layover trip! The breakfast was definitely the best because it filled us up well to go play at the beach for the rest of the day. The only thing I wish I knew beforehand (maybe it’s listed and I didn’t notice) was the 2nd floor courtyard only has stairs (no elevator) which was hard for me at 1am. Also, the airport transportation stops running at 12:45am."

"Staff was amazing, but the hotel itself definitely needs upgrades. The property has a great location, and on the beach. If you don't mind a busy hotel and crowds on the beach, you should have a good time here. Not enough seating pool side, but the area is quite small so I don't think it can be helped."

"This hotel was amazing. It’s across the street from the beach. The hotel lets you rent three beach items per day for free(we rented a chair, umbrella and paddle board). The rooftop pool is amazing and clean with great snacks& drinks you can order. They also have water refill stations throughout the hotel, so bring water bottle. The buffet is worth it. Ask about Longboard club(I think that’s what’s it’s called). It’s a breakfast buffet in am until 10 am and had drinks and appetizers starting at 4 pm. It was worth paying for the buffet. I loved our room and they are super clean & updated. All staff was amazing. Ty"

"The rooms are very spacious and clean, the grounds beautiful and the cleaning staff friendly and efficient. I was disappointed with some of the desk staff which was a bit curt, and the limited number of lounge chairs available at the children pool where people reserve chairs with towels while not using them for hours.."
