"Our stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber was very good overall. We had no major issues, and the staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
The only negative experience was with valet parking. I lost my claim ticket, and when I explained the situation, the gentleman working at the time was a little rude and dismissive. That being said, the other guys working valet were great and very helpful.
The Hawaiian Aroma Caffe was definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The staff was fantastic, and in our opinion, they have the best Mai Tais on Oahu! You also can’t beat their happy hour—$7 Mai Tais from 3–5 PM is an incredible deal, especially in Waikiki.
Overall, the Beachcomber is a good hotel in a great location. It’s centrally located, easy to get around, and within walking distance of just about everything Waikiki has to offer."
