"The room was pretty clean. (Except that we found a fake finger nail on the carpet that wasn’t vacuumed or picked up.) Our lanai looked out over the 2nd floor roof and the roof of the building next to us which had fans or generators going that were very loud if you went out there. But the view to the left of the Pink Palace and the Sheraton Waikīkī were nice. The room could have used better lighting as well. There was one light in the room that was off in the corner for the sitting area, which made the room dim. The hallway light and the little lights over the bed weren’t very helpful.
This hotel hosts the Cirque du Soleil show, so guests should be mindful of the showtimes so they can make sure not to be in the lobby when shows let out! It’s a madhouse!
What really stood out was the valet staff. They were very attentive and super helpful!
Also, very convenient to everything - the beach, International Market Place, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, plenty of restaurants to choose from, lots of ABC Stores! Easy place to get rideshares too!"
