"Great view, good location. Other than that the hotel has an odor of mold or must. Sewer smell on the first floor. Only thing that was good was the breakfast every morning on the 21st floor and the staff up there was friendly. The check in staff was just overwhelmed and stressed with weather and I get it. Had no power the first day, elevators were down. Nowhere to dine. Trying to be mindful that my trip isn’t as important as people who lost their homes and property to this storm. And Orbitz trip insurance doesn’t cover weather related issues with the property…."

"Wonderful clean and friendly hotel. We loved it!!"

"Stayed started with property had power outage and couldn’t check in. Once power was up the electors were not working and had to walk 16 flights up with luggage. Went to gym that had power on for maybe 10 min then another power outage. Pool was out of question due to the storms. To top it off alarms were going off at night due to power outage and staff didn’t know how long it would last. It was definitely the worst experience I’ve had traveling. Resort fees were of course still charged even though nothing was able to be used. "

"Our room (king bed with couch) was super spacious and clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Having a balcony really elevated the stay, it was lovely. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was just okay, could be better. I loved the small details like the refillable water stations and 24 hour hotel cafe/store. The hotel is also in a really walkable area. In less than a mile we had everything we needed. The beach is only a 5 minute walk. Tons of food options and ABC stores. Overall, it was amazing and I'd stay here again in a hearbeat!"

"Expensive crowded rock "

"Our room was in one of the non-renovated towners (Diamond Tower). It was a bit dated, but fine. the location of the hotel is great and there are a lot of on-site amenities. Overall, it was a very nice stay. I'm still attempting to get a copy of my folio after a couple of e-mails to the suggested e-mail address."
