"Best location in Waikiki. We’ve been coming to this property two times a year for nearly 20yrs. Great hospitality from housekeeping and the front desk. The Valet is one of the easiest to navigate as well. "

"I stayed here for a convention and was pleasantly surprised. I really liked the hotel. The rooms were great. Very comfy. Nice beds. We also got a cabana and stayed on their pool deck all day for my birthday and had so much fun. They have live DJs & live musicians. Either is playing every day/night outside. Makes for a great atmosphere. The hotel also has an ABC store that is attached. Super convenient for booze, snacks, souvenirs. Hotel is right where you want to stay, just not beach front. Right across the street though! "

"Very nice hotel. We really enjoyed the poolside bar. Staff was wonderful. We were here during some serious storms and even some flooding and power outages. The staff was incredible and we didn't miss a thing. Highly recommend if you are looking to treat yourself."

"Loves this property for our family of 6 with 4 teenagers. Excellent access to the beach and restaurants on property. Could use a few more towel hooks for hanging towels in the family suites though. Wonderfully large size for the family suite though! "

"I was disappointed. The property was under construction and didn’t really give off a nice resort vibe. The rooms are old, had a few problems but were resolved with the maintenance crew coming. If it wasn’t for a friend of mine explaining that before the construction, there was many shops in the lobby areas and easier to access from the street, I don’t think I would return. I am willing to give it another chance, only because of the great location and prime beach access, in hopes rhat we return when construction is over. The staff was always friendly, so that’s great. The only other thing was it kind of sucked to be charged a resort fee per day, when there was really not a resort vibe with all the construction. "

"Room smells and elevators don’t work. Parking is available but paid and they charge card without notifying. "

"Checking in was excellent associate friendly & courteous with the exception of resort fee added previous stay there was no resort fee Elevator was not working perhaps due to weather Bathroom tub not cleaned properly Cafe 410 was excellent breakfast & staff"
