"Wonderful hotel, staff, location and cleanliness. Would go back. The only negatives are no real restaurant on site. Just bar with some food service. Also they do not keep bottles at the bar because off the open lobby, so they need to go into the back room to get bottles to make a drink. Plenty of dining options near by. Also the breakfast is pretty basic. "

"Room is too dirty, smell like smoke and mold. Unfriendly staff and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying on this place. Hot water is uncontrollable worst than one star hotel. NOT RECOMM "

"The property is well located, and the staff is generally willing to help as much as they can. About a week before my stay, I received a message from the hotel informing me that they would be working on the balconies. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult to rest, and with workers both outside and inside the balconies, there was no privacy. I had to keep the curtains closed the entire time, so I couldn’t even enjoy the view."

In addition to a good rate, we received a $50 credit to nearby restaurants, discounted tickets to see a live show, and a complimentary beach bag to carry beach towels and essentials. "Room were fine just a bit crowded. The air conditioning had some dust but they were happy to clean it. They are nice with breakfast and we got a surprise if you come to the hotel for a special occasion. It is centralized to waikiki, so you can walk around the area. The staff were the biggest highlight. They welcome you and try their best to help you out. They always have theta cheerful smile and will always have an answer to your questions. Overall, It is a good hotel if you are willing to save up money and if you bring your car, you options to either choose the hotel parking but you can also do outside parking. "
