The staff was very helpful and very nice.The location was in the heart of everything amazing view from our room . I would highly recommend this place ,you were just blocks away from Waikiki beach and shopping and the transit bus lines were steps away from the hotel.

Location is very conveniant! Their staff was absolutely kind and helpful! Their rooms can use soem deep cleaning but overall was clean. Only negative was thw fire alarm going off at 2am for about 20min on & off again. There was no fire. Also their parking structure was very small & costs $45/day. Aside from all I would stay here again.

Our hotel stay here was wonderful! We opted for the Ocean view which did NOT disappoint! The hotel is a block away from the main shopping areas - you can see the Dior and Louis Vuitton shops from our balcony, which held the most beautiful views of the ocean. We arrived to a clean room, which had a small table one can share a meal with or do office work on. The lanai is small but has enough room to pull up the chair and footrest from the room to make for a comfortable seating area. The TV is up-to-date in that you can Google cast from your phone popular apps (like YouTube and Disney Channel). The bathroom is small, but it was clean, had all the basic amenities, and I'd rather a smaller bathroom to make for a more roomy stay in the main living area. The hotel offers a water station you can fill your water bottles for the day which was very convenient! There's an IHOP just a short distance from the hotel, as well as many other local eateries which is walking distance from the hotel. Obviously there is also an ABC store across the street :0) The staff was very kind and helpful. Everyone is very conscious of keeping the hotel clean and tidy. I traveled with my family and felt completely safe. I would definitely come back to this hotel. It's centrally located to shops, eateries, and close by freeways. Thank you for an amazing stay.
