"I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic."

"Our 2 night stay was enjoyable and relaxing.The staff was very friendly and helpful. We requested a room change upon our arrival due to being just across from the elevators on the pool floor. This was a busy location, along with extra noise. We were given a room on another floor and enjoyed the quieter atmosphere. The breakfast that was provided each morning offered a large menu to start the day. The staff at the registration desk checked in with us often to see if we needed anything and promptly responded to our requests."
