"No room service. You can't even order food from room and pick up because extensions in room did not work. The Balcony rail in room 711 was loose and very dangerous. Pool is small and old. 50 Year anniversary Pool!! Woman at check in was great. Bidet was great. All the rest average"

"Our second time staying here. Love the calm vibe of the hotel. We came back because of how clean and well maintained everything is. All staff we encountered were kind and welcoming. 100 sails restaurant was wonderful - especially the poke nachos! Super fresh poke. Thank you for having us!"
