"Close to everything Waikiki, but rooms are very small had a moldy smell, they refuse late check out, and you hot tub was broken. "

"The ocean view was nice but at an angle as in the photos. You cannot see the Friday night fireworks from this hotel. The room was clean but it seems there are different staff who clean the room on different days since the number of towels replaced changed in the middle of our stay (from 3 sets to just 2 and then back to 3 sets). 25% of the time at least on of the elevators was out of service and there were 2 nights were the hot water was just lukewarm. I expected more since there was also a daily resort fee (about $50 per day). Not my best stay at a Sheraton property - not sure if I would stay here again. "

"Stayed in Diamond Head ocean view room. That view! Second time staying here. Staff is amazing, location is unbeatable for short walk to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Beautiful area. No room service is a drawback but it’s made up for by beautiful beach and the great pools along with hundreds of take out options, including Rum Fire, the restaurant right at the resort. The Edge of Waikiki pool is perfect for a drink and view of the sunset. Highly recommend. We just got home and miss it already!"

"The staff was helpful in arranging cabs for us. We did a lot of walking. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and food courts. The hotel was nice and clean and our room was nicely renovated "

"The hotel was so filthy I had to clean it myself before feeling comfortable enough to sleep. There were bugs that resembled Roaches, not visible in my room but in the elevators and garbage room . Splatters of unknown brown substance on the walls, pebbles, sand and dirt on the room floor.Built up grime in the crevices of the golden mirror. One swipe on the wall/floor with a wipe and it was dark brown. House keeping didn’t once come to my room in the 5 days I stayed. After work, I got back at the hotel at 2230 and noticed once I got up to my room that I started my period. I had no feminine hygiene products on me and the room didn’t either. The room also didn’t have toilet paper, due to not being cleaned the entire time. I called the front desk to ask if they had feminine hygiene products for sale, to which they said no. I then askedtt if they could bring me a roll of toilet paper since the room was out, to which they told me no and to go all the way down to the lobby desk and get it myself… mind you, I’m bleeding on ur myself at this point with not even toilet paper to help absorb the mess. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at"

"Construction very noisy. Street traffic noisy. Centrally located to beach and shops Cold showers took over 20 minutes to get hot water to the 10th floor. Pillows weren't great"
