The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived to when we left. There are dining options on site we had room service and enjoyed our steak and burger as well as a different day when breakfast was ordered and was divine. Housekeeping is unmatched! Will be staying here again.

For the price we pay, the service at the hotel was not great (I have had much better experiences at other five-star hotels in Honolulu). The check-in was totally chaotic. It took a long time to complete the check-in. The receptionist was walking too fast for our kid to follow. Before checking out, we requested luggage pickup, but no one showed up, so we moved our stuff ourselves. I wouldn't recommend this place to others.
