The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. Was very close to all of the popular things like the Hilton and Hale Koa. The only downfall was there was only two working elevators, but overall, it was a great clean place to be.

We were greeted with a shell necklace; it was very nice. The staff were nice and helpful, the reason I'm giving a 4 and not a 5 star is because we lost electricity for most of the day. We had to get ready in the dark and when we came back to the hotel, we still did not have electricity, it was very hot, no air conditioner, the elevator was barely working, it was showing all kinds of numbers which made it a bit scary. Otherwise, the hotel was cleaned, the employees were nice, and helpful and it is located close to the beach. Overall, it was a nice stay.
