The hotel is nice. It’s in a great location and it’s more quiet than other areas of Waikiki. Beautiful views and the staff were especially welcoming and nice. I’d definitely plan on staying again.

The rooms were very clean with fresh towels every day. The hotel is in a great location, close to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. The breakfast was quite basic and a little disappointing. A big minus was the valet-only parking, which costs around $60 per day and is little expensive.

Our room was basic, but incredibly comfortable & had everything that we needed—super convenient with a kitchenette and included a roomy balcony with spectacular views of Diamond Head & the beautiful beach. Waikiki is such a fun vibe and our hotel was walkable to so many great places. Everyone, from front desk to housekeeping and valets, was so helpful. The amenities, such as beach chairs & beach towels, were great. We also had a “fitness to go” bag sent to the room for the duration of our stay. It included a yoga mat, foam roller & exercise bands. Very helpful after a day of walking, hiking & surfing! The Deck restaurant and adjacent pool were very laid back and enjoyable.. Knots Roasters in the lobby, as well as Hans Hedemann Surf Shop was very convenient. When we come back to Waikiki, Queen K will be our place to stay!

The property was clean and comfortable. The only issue was after checkout we still had 3hrs before our transport back to the airport, you would think they would hold our luggage complimentary just as they did before check-in. However there was a charge to do the same thing after checkout that was free before check-in.

Good: the views regardless of the room you pay, you’ll still see a good shot of the ocean. The view of Diamondhead from the 3rd floor Pool/Bar area is amazing. Needs work: the rooms are a little dated, the pool is on the smaller side and there is no hot tub. Valet parking was nice but very limited. Overall a 3.5.

Location close to local activities. Rooms very neat and clean..decor on mid century Hawaii style. Charming. It was a very nice stay. Breezy balcony , Noisy from Kapahulu side from street. To be expected on main street. Over all very nice for a staycation.

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Lobby furniture is grubby and old. Bed was not comfortable. Staff had no concept of customer service. Workmanship in rooms was shabby. Bathrooms old and rust showing, didn't feel clean. I don't like to give a bad review but this hotel deserves it. It is also very noisy. I would not recommend other than the location.

The hotel is clean, well maintained, and smells good. The staff is friendly and efficient. We asked for extra blanket, the housekeeper came right away with a fresh thick blanket. The best thing is that it is so closed to the beach, we could walk there in the early morning and also stay late at night. Very conveniently close to shops and restaurants. One big advantage, the bus stop is just right across the street. We did not rent a car to go around Honolulu and surrounding areas. We took the bus to Leonard's Bakery and to Zippy. My son could take the bus, in the evenings to go around Honolulu. The view from the swimming pool area is breathtaking with the Diamond Head. My only complaint, it was a little noisy down the street because there was some repairs going on.
