「We booked a room with a pool and it was nothing like the picture advertised. It was dirty and no jets or moving water. It was cold and not fancy like i thought it was going to be. The place had lots of ants everywhere and the drains had flies and water was slow moving. It was a nice place for the amount of time we spent in the room but I should've booked without the pool.」

「Internally the room was clean & presentable. No difference from previous stays. Very disappointed the elevator was not working, considering having to climb to the top floor with heavy luggage. Ouside balcony was in dire need of painting! Cleaning staff where exceptional, and other staff very friendly. 」
