Hôtel propre et calme. Un cadre agréable avec petite cour intérieure avec piscine. Personnel très sympathique et disponible. Proche de la Quinta Avenida, rue animée du matin à tard le soir. Bref une bonne adresse pour poser sa valise quelques jours à Playa del Carmen.

Clean and spacious room. The hotel is small but beautiful! The hotel has a mexican touch regarding decoration. Easy to move around downtown/5th avenue. Definitely coming back to this hotel! Being honest, a little bit of noise from bars around the area but not that loud. You get what you see on photos!

This is a wonderful property! The location is perfect: close to both ADO stations, very walkable to many restaurants, the beach and the main square. The staff is amazing! Very helpful, friendly and TRUSTWORTHY!!! You have a very honest and welcoming staff. The pool is perfect, the rooms were very clean and the grounds were beautiful! We will definitely be back! Chambre très bruyante. Lors de la réservation, j'ai demandé une chambre au calme en étage surélevé. Demande non respectée par l'hôtel car la chambre était au rdc. De plus chantier derrière notre chambre donc réveil tôt le matin et musique jusque tard dans la nuit en raison d'un bar à proximité de l'hôtel. Très mal dormi donc en raison de ces nombreux bruits. Personnel arrangeant qui a accepté de garder nos bagages le jour de notre départ notamment. Chambre propre et proche de la 5ème avenue.

Beautiful place, very nice staff and great location! We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The courtyard is beautiful. We enjoyed that everything was at walkable distance. We also appreciated recommendations for local restaurants.

Un hôtel très agréable, très bien placé, proche de la Quinta mais quand même tranquille. Le personnel est absolument adorable, la petite piscine très agréable, bref si vous cherchez un hôtel avec un peu de charme c'est là qu'il faut aller !
