"Where do I start ? We walked in the room and it was NOT the room I asked for. I asked for a KING smoking room what I got was NOT that. I got two full sized beds in a smoking room. One top of that the walls were DISGUSTING, looked like a piece of the edge of the ledge coming out of the wall was broken. The two lights between the two beds only ONE worked, there was no back on the remote, the sheets looked dirty or stained or something. Also had a broken rolling chair in the room. "There were repairs going on which told us the management is taking care of the hotel. The room was quite clean and comfortable. Even the baseboards were clean which I cannot say about other higher-class hotels where we have stayed. We will definately stay at Regency again when we are visiting family in the area. "
