「My room with private bath and kitchenette was very nicely decorated and clean. These are older structures which is part of their charm. This is West Texas after all. A/C and heating unit kept the interior very comfortable. Some days were hot, some cold during my visit. I was able to prepare microwave food items and keep fruits and vegetables fresh in the little fridge. Amenities include great ground coffee, dish soap and sponge, ice bucket and bathroom toiletries. 「Be prepared: sauna doesn’t work, loud music played at pool until 8pm and heard in our room, room a little larger than bed-no chairs, WiFi barely functional, cell service 1 bar, contactless completely-no staff apparent.」

「We stayed only 1 night and we stayed in a deluxe double room. Was very clean and comfortable beds. Nice that it is on the river and has nice porch overlooking the river. Also has a small pool. It is an older building, but you can tell they try to keep it up well. 」

They said it was because I made the reservation on Expedia ..they had no control over room placement,…I knew from experience that was not true. They did not attempt to put us together.
