Fyi, no cups.... but.... Clean place, little worn but loved. The Place is like stepping into rocko's modern life, but needs some simple work. Bathroom fan didn't work so it created paint chips before going into the room and wood warping causing issues with countertops. Vending machines were empty. But very friendly staff, and a great renovaded breakfast room. All in all the potential of the place is a 15/10. Especially with the feel of everything. If you want to order a pizza and feel like max in goof troop this is your place. If you want to live your 90s fantasy come here. This place is so iconic. If you want to stay in a jail cell and emotionless place called hilton, don't go here... the only thing this place misses is morning cereal, cups, an arcade or mtn dew to give them more money and to justify it.

It was convenient to work. Didn't have a bowl though. And there was never any coffee. I did like the wash room. Two bedroom while I got was very comfortable and cozy. My last couple of nights there I was switched to a s king bed. And the only thing I didn't like about that room was the flooring.

A huge storm rook out all power in Tyler. The hotel was amazing, generators, candles, offers to discount my room. They went above and beyond my expectations I will stay here again if my travels have me in Tyler.

It was a good stay. I would be nice if there were maids, but there are none. I had asked for toilet paper and didn't get any for another day. Otherwise, it is a nice place as it i quiet and convenient to where we were doing our Gem show.

you definitely get what you pay for. for the price and the area, it really isn’t that bad. it was clean, staff was friendly. you cannot get past the lobby up to the rooms without a room key which i really liked, it was very secure. the room i stayed in, none of the outlets/lamps worked near the bed, the carpet was torn up in some areas. if you’re looking for somewhere affordable to stay, it’s not a bad choice.

Apparently the staff thinks everyone is a drug dealer and a felon.They put you next door to them and prostitutes.Did not get much rest after midnight.Was quiet during the day.Bathroom floor was soaked after taking a shower.Tried to close curtain,impossible.No soap or shampoo/conditioner,no coffee pot maker,no coffee,no cups,,no ice container.They did have ice machine lol..The vending machines did not work,took all my dollars.They built the hotel adjacent to the street.The other hotels did not.Great price at $37.50 a night.WOuld not pay more than that.Was good for a 2 day stay.Oh and they want you to give them a $25 cash deposit,even if you pay with credit card.Weird.
