「Check-in wasn’t great, the guy wasn’t super friendly and definitely not knowledgeable of the area. The rooms and hotel was clean and nice so no issues there. Valet was CRAZY expensive and they charged for internet plus and extra $45-$50 in “service” fees on checkout. 」

「You guys ruined my birthday weekend!! My initial reservation was canceled the day of arrival and was told by your representative that my replacement was equal to or upgrade and it was NOT!! When I asked if you all could find me another hotel, I was told that you could not accommodate me. So, I canceled that reservation and stayed at a Marriott which costed me another $900+ on top of what I already paid you!! I will never use this service again and will be sure to advise others to do the same....

「Not set up for handicap accommodations. Grab bars in bathroom were loose and very dangerous. Toilet seat not secured. No place to hang clothes. Do not stay here if you are traveling for business or a wedding, or any function that would require nice clothes. The only place available to hang them is over the back of a chair! I understand not having a dedicated closet, but at least install a hook on the wall. Parking not included. Plan on another $30-$35 / night to park assuming you find a...
