this was a clean and friendly place, would stay again. Very new. Only issue is that the front desk is not staffed 24/7 as it is more of an extended stay. But the staff we interacted with was great and called me on my phone to verify

The hotel was in a great area 20 minutes to Galveston and 25 minutes to Houston. I did have a little issue checking in due to no one was at the desk and had to wait 15 minutes, not too bad. It was really quiet area.

I simply cannot fathom why there are ANY positive reviews for this property and how they can charge the same prices as brand name hotel chains. This place was a huge disappointment. The photos and descriptions made it seem like we were getting a slightly stocked suite/apartment type stay, it could not have been further from the truth. There was garbage still in the kitchen garbage can so it smelled like rotten food the whole time we were there. There were a few mismatched cooking items but all beat up pretty bad and no basics like salt and pepper. Towels were the cheapest I have seen in years and left lint everywhere. Most of the people staying around us were rowdy all through the night. Furniture was uncomfortable and stained. This is a NEVER AGAIN type of property.
