「The room was alright but it was disappointing to go get breakfast the next morning and all they had was 2 kinds of cereal and 5 tiny packages of a cinnamon looking roll laying on a wire shelf! To me that is not a pastry, very misleading!! 」

「I booked room because it says it had refrigerator, microwave and outdoor pool. No microwave and no refrigerator has to do out and spend more money. Pool is out of order. Very disappointing and sad!! 」

「No cups in the room, the room wasn't properly cleaned, there was old stuff from a previous person in the microwave... Fridge didn't do much and check in was less than warm」

「First off the non-refundable reservation disappeared. I had to try to find a phone number to get it straightened out. However the front desk people were extremely helpful and got it straightened out. Second, the air conditioner was in the bathroom area and did not work well. The sheets though clean were scatchy, there was no water pressure the shower unless you turned it full hot, the "breakfast" was granola bars and apples, there was light showing between the door and outside, the door frame...
