"The most comfortable bed! Loved the spacious and very clean room. Also, being required to show your room key in order to gain access to the hotel side, was nice. I upgraded to have a room right off the pool and I’m glad I did. "

"This was my second stay at the Scottsdale Parkview Resort. It's close to the 101, restaurants, groceries, and a bonus huge park across the street with a lake, games, and walking paths. My room this time around needed some TLC. The bathroom door was hard to shut, the sink dripped all the time, and the knob to close the drain in the jetted tub was broken. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the stay."

"The first receptionist was very nice he welcomed us very politely but the lady can’t really remember her name started with an L but when I went up to turn in the keys she was talking to another receptionist and she looked at me like if I was interrupting their conversation once I gave her my key and she just looked at me then said “ and “ very rudely until I told her that I was waiting for my deposit to be returned. I enjoyed the hotel but that receptionist should take costumer service lessons. "
