"Good food, great staff and clean place, two thumbs up excellent Hotel"

"I came here for a solo trip for a few days to escape reality. The resort is certainly set up so you don't have to leave, which is exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very professional (when I couldn't find the coffee shop I asked a cleaning lady who stopped what she was doing to walk me to the shop). I also loved that there are water refill stations on every floor. However, the coffee shop definitely needs a makeover. It doesn't measure up to the rest of the resort. Also, there's no vending machines or little markets that a lot of Marriotts have so if you like a little snack before bed, plan ahead! "

"In the daytime this feels okay and the pics look great. But arriving about 730pm this is not in the best neighborhood. As a mom with a daughter traveling, we didn’t feel the safest. The water in the room also smelled terrible. This was a VIP stay through orbitz and I’m truly was disappointed with orbitz and rating."

"Looks can be deceiving. Do not book. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they were not accommodating at all. So many of the amenities were down, and the staff was not helpful at all. The last straw for me was when I asked for late checkout initially they granted that request and said that we could stay until noon. At 11:15 AM they were banging on our door like the police. I aexplained that we had been granted late checkout, and they still rushed us out although my boyfriend was in a business meeting virtually and our flight was not until later that night. The pool was disgustingly dirty, the breakfast was cereal and old milk. Even the donuts were stale. The waffle machine was broken. The bathroom sink was leaking and the Jacuzzi stopper was not available so we could not use it. Please save yourself the grief."

"Everything was amazing from the room, the view, the amenities and casino. I just wish the restaurants on site had more variety in what food they offer. The main pool was closed our entire stay but the west pool was amazing. Would definitely come back. "

"Mattress was not comfortable. A/C unit compressor was so loud, we barely were able to sleep. Also, discontinuing complimentary breakfast--but we were too late getting down to see what they did have."

"Terrible service, their television and cable didn't work and they said the pool opened at 9 am and didn't open till after 930. Tried talking to front desk about issues but the front desk worker was in the bathroom over 45 min and there was a line of 5 people with complaints in front of me. All in all a bad time"
