Worn out and dirty room amenities, puttied over holes in the tub, rusted out fixtures, dry rotted shower curtain, room door lock had a handy-man fix door jam addition, coffee maker encrusted with calcium. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the entire community was beautifully maintained. This was not my first stay here, and what really stands out is how consistently terrific my experiences have...

「We liked having a laundry room. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and polite. One issue we had was that we asked for a wakeup call and did not get one.」
