「Rooms were clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Staff members were friendly, patient, and helpful. Veronica at the front desk was a standout as an exemplary costumer service provider. Tony, at the bar, was friendly and helpful. All other front desk, housekeeping, and food service staff members were great (and patient with our 15 and 16 year old hockey boys)! 」

「The room facilities were quite outdated. The fabric sofa was badly worn and even torn. The air-conditioning control panel on the wall did not work at all. In addition, the sink was clogged, and the bathtub faucet kept dripping continuously. Overall, the room was not well maintained and did not meet expectations.」
